MG&A Veterinary Market Research: What did YOU last see your RVN for?

It’s already October and in the industry that means one thing, British Veterinary Nursing Association Congress BVNA Congress; promoting animal health and welfare through the ongoing development of professional excellence.

Still under-valued and under-utilised in some practices, we asked dog owners a few questions relating directly to veterinary nursing care at their practice.

1. For which, if any, have you seen a vet nurse for in the last 12 months [LIST SUPPLIED]
2. Overall, how satisfied were you with the nurse appointment/s with [DOG]?
3. What, if anything, is the MAIN ADVANTAGE of seeing nurse rather than a vet?
4. What EQUIVALENT level of qualification do you think most fully qualified, registered vet nurses have?

The percentage of owners citing each of the following might surprise you. Let us know if you’d like further details.
