MG&A Veterinary Market Research: Were YOU satisfied with your RVN consult?

With a nod to British Veterinary Nursing Association Congress (BVNA) being held in October, our second post this month answers the second of our veterinary-nurse-specific questions…

1. For which, if any, have you seen a vet nurse for in the last 12 months [LIST SUPPLIED]
2. Overall, how satisfied were you with the nurse appointment/s with [DOG]?
3. What, if anything, is the MAIN ADVANTAGE of seeing nurse rather than a vet?
4. What EQUIVALENT level of qualification do you think most fully qualified, registered vet nurses have?

    Results

Perhaps surprisingly, less than two thirds of owners (60%) were “very satisfied” with their RVN appointment, with a few being “very dissatisfied”. If you would like more information about this question, do get in touch.

Over the month of October, we will reveal how dog owners responded to the other questions. If you just cannot wait that long or if you would like to discuss the possibility of conducting your own bespoke survey, we’d love to hear from you.
